Dr. Samuel Frimpong, MD MPH, graduated from the University of Ghana Medical School, University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) School of Public Health, and Medical College of Georgia Internal Medicine Resident Program. He is a CDC certified STD/HIV disease intervention specialist, a Human Services Program Specialist for HIV/AIDS, and possesses state of Florida certification for HIV/AIDS Surveillance. He is a U.S. citizen.

He works at the STD and HIV/AIDS clinic and does HIV/AIDS intervention research projects to reduce the spread of STDs and HIV infections. He also worked with the Health Department STD and HIV/AIDS Prevention Team on community mobile outreach van to do STD and HIV screening test and linkage to treatment and medical care in the Jacksonville Community, Florida in USA from 2006-2009.
